Eight restored houses in the Marenna hills
Slow stays in houses that were built to last.
Stone farmhouses, a courtyard house inside a village, an olive mill and a dovecote tower. Each one restored by our own family, each with its own character and none of them with a reception desk.

How booking works
-
1. Pick your dates
Every villa page shows a live calendar with real minimum stays and the price for your exact nights.
-
2. Send a request
Tell us who is coming. A person, not a form robot, replies within a day to confirm.
-
3. Confirm with 30%
A payment link for the first instalment. The balance is due 30 days before you arrive.
-
4. Arrive and unpack
A host meets you at the gate, the fridge is stocked if you asked, and the pool is the right temperature.
A note from the family
We are not an agency, and there is no call centre. Eight houses are few enough that we can know every roof tile, every neighbour, every quirk of every pool pump. When you write to us, one of us answers.
We restore the houses slowly and keep them plain. If something is not as good as we said it would be, we want to hear it on the first evening, not in a review.

Fictional demo content: replace with your own guests' words, with their permission.
We cooked every night and the oven in the loggia did most of the work.
Marta, Villa Ginestra
We never started the car. Coffee at the square, a nap under the fig tree.
Tobias, Casa del Fico
We proposed on the roof and said yes at the same time.
Léa, Torre Colombaia
Before you ask
The short answers. The long ones are on the FAQ page.
How do I book a villa?
Choose your dates on a villa page and send a booking request. We check the calendar, confirm availability within 24 hours and send a payment link for the first instalment. The stay is confirmed when that is paid.
What do I pay and when?
30 per cent of the accommodation to confirm, the balance 30 days before arrival, and the refundable security deposit by bank transfer 7 days before. Cleaning and tourist tax are included in the total shown on the villa page.
How does arrival work?
A host meets you at the house between 15:00 and 18:00, shows you around and leaves you a folder of tips. If your flight is late, tell us and we will wait or leave a key safe code.
Do I need a car?
For most villas, yes. Casa del Fico and Casa Cisterna are in villages with shops and a baker; everything else is a short drive. We can arrange transfers from the airport and a taxi to the coast.
