Booking terms
1. Reservations
A booking request is not a reservation. A reservation exists once Casalta has confirmed availability in writing and received the first instalment. The person who books is responsible for all guests named in the stay and must be at least 21 years old.
2. Price and payment
The total shown on the villa page includes the accommodation at the seasonal nightly rate, a cleaning fee and the local tourist tax. 30 per cent of the accommodation is due to confirm, the balance 30 days before arrival. The security deposit is paid by bank transfer 7 days before arrival and is not part of the total.
3. Cancellation by the guest
A full refund of the instalment up to 60 days before arrival, 50 per cent between 60 and 30 days, none within 30 days. We recommend travel insurance. [Replace these example terms with your own.]
4. Cancellation by Casalta
If a villa becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will offer an equivalent villa or a full refund of all sums paid.
5. Arrival, departure and occupancy
Check-in and check-out times are on each villa page. The number of guests may not exceed the stated maximum, including children and babies, without our written agreement.
6. House rules and damage
Guests are asked to respect quiet hours, neighbours and the property. The security deposit may be used to cover damage beyond normal wear, lost keys and extra cleaning, and is returned within 7 days of check-out.
7. Pools
Pools are unsupervised and used at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
8. Liability
[Template placeholder. Describe the limits of your liability under the law that applies to your business.]
