1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases from Solenne, a fictional company at 18 Millrace Lane, Alderbrook, VT 05499.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include all taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
3. Delivery
Delivery is free for orders of $250 or more and costs $14 below that, within the lower 48 states. Delivery times are estimates and start the day an order leaves the workshop.
4. The 100-night trial
Mattresses can be tried at home for up to 100 nights. After the first 30 nights you can ask for a free collection and a full refund of the purchase price. The mattress must be free from burns, deep stains and damage beyond ordinary use.
5. Accessories
Pillows, protectors, duvets and bases may be returned within 30 nights if unused or lightly used. Hygiene items must be unopened.
6. Warranty
Mattresses carry a 10-year warranty against sagging deeper than 1.5 inches, broken springs, split seams and faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover stains, burns, use on a base with wide slats or normal softening.
