Your mattress leaves the workshop 2 to 3 business days after you order. We make in small batches, so yours is freshly sewn.
Rolled in a box
Compressed and rolled into one box (two for Haven) that fits through standard doors and stairwells. Queen box: about 16 x 16 x 46 inches.
Tracked to you
You get a tracking link when it ships and a delivery window by text. Someone over 18 needs to be home.

Old mattress pick-up.
When we deliver the new one, we can take the old one with us, free of charge.
- Choose it at checkout. Tell us it is a mattress, its size, and whether there are stairs.
- We take it on delivery day. The driver removes it while delivering the new one.
- It is taken apart. Springs, foam and fabric go to a local recycler who separates the materials.
Available in most of our delivery zones. We will tell you before you order if it is not available at your address.

How long does delivery take?
Mattresses leave the workshop in 2 to 3 business days and arrive in 3 to 6. Accessories ship from the same shelf and arrive in 3 to 6 business days. You get a tracking link when the box leaves.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of $250 or more, which every mattress clears. Smaller orders pay a flat $14.
Can you take away my old mattress?
Yes. When your new mattress is delivered, add old mattress pick-up for free and we will take it to a local recycler. Metal springs, foam and fabric are separated.
