Choosing a mattress
How do I know which mattress is right for me?
Take the six-question quiz. It asks how you sleep, your weight band, whether you run hot, who shares your bed, where you ache and how you like a mattress to feel, then recommends one model and firmness with the reasons. The compare page lays the three side by side.
What is the difference between Dusk, Meridian and Haven?
Dusk is all foam: soft to the touch, quiet and the most affordable. Meridian is a hybrid with pocket springs: airy, supportive and responsive. Haven is natural latex and wool: springy, cool and long-lived.
Are your firmness ratings the same as other brands?
No. There is no industry standard. Our 1 to 10 scale describes our own mattresses: 4 is plush, 5 medium, 7 firm and 8 very firm. Use it to compare Solenne mattresses with each other.
I weigh over 250 lb. Which one should I choose?
Meridian Firm or Haven Firm. Springs and thick latex hold their shape under more load than foam does. Call us and we will talk it through.
Trial and returns
How does the 100-night trial work?
Sleep on the mattress for up to 100 nights. After the first 30 nights, which is how long a body takes to adapt, you can ask for a free pick-up if it is not right. We refund the full price and donate or recycle the mattress.
Do I have to pay to return a mattress?
No. Pick-up is free in the lower 48 states, and we will not ask you to box it up again.
What about accessories?
Pillows, protectors, duvets and bases have a 30-night return window and need to be unused or lightly used.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Mattresses leave the workshop in 2 to 3 business days and arrive in 3 to 6. Accessories ship from the same shelf and arrive in 3 to 6 business days. You get a tracking link when the box leaves.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of $250 or more, which every mattress clears. Smaller orders pay a flat $14.
Can you take away my old mattress?
Yes. When your new mattress is delivered, add old mattress pick-up for free and we will take it to a local recycler. Metal springs, foam and fabric are separated.
Care and warranty
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Sagging deeper than 1.5 inches, broken springs, split seams and any fault in materials or workmanship. It does not cover stains, burns, damage from a base with wide slats or normal softening.
How do I clean a Solenne mattress?
Use a protector and wash the removable cover. Vacuum the surface now and then and spot clean with cold water and mild soap. Rotate the mattress head to foot every three months for the first year.
Do I need a special base?
No. A flat floor, a box spring or a slatted base with gaps up to 3 inches works. Our Slat base is made for it.

Is this a real shop?
This is a demo template. The cart works in your browser so you can see the experience, but no orders are taken and no payments happen.
