Natural latex mattress, 11 inches
Haven
Natural latex and wool, poured and quilted by hand.
Three plies of natural latex under a wool layer and an unbleached cotton cover.
Natural materials
Latex, wool and cotton, with no memory foam. Wool adds a soft, breathable layer under the cover.
Sleeps cool
Open pin-hole latex and wool move air and moisture away from you.
Built to last
Latex springs back for years, which is why Haven has the longest warranty.

-
Unbleached cotton knit
A breathable cotton cover quilted to a thin wool fleece. It is stitched, not glued, and the zip opens for the day you want to wash it.
-
Carded wool batting
Wool takes moisture off the skin in summer and holds warmth in winter, so Haven feels comfortable across the year without a cooling gel. It also lets the mattress breathe at the surface.
-
Natural latex
The softest of three latex plies. Poured with small pin-holes for airflow, it is springy rather than slow, so you never feel stuck in it.
-
Natural latex
A denser ply that carries the weight of your torso. It is where the Medium and Firm options differ.
-
Natural latex
The foundation of the mattress. Natural latex does not compress over time the way foam does, which is the reason Haven carries our longest guarantee.
Haven is the mattress we would keep for ourselves. It is also the one that takes the most hands: latex is poured, cured and washed in batches, wool is carded and laid into batting, and the cover is quilted over both.
What you get is a springy, cool, quiet-natured bed that responds when you move and gives back when you lie still. It feels less like sinking and more like being supported at a slight float.
Because the materials last, we back Haven with our longest warranty and make it with edges and corners that do not slump with age.

What people say about it.
Springy, and not at all clammy
“It took two nights to get used to the bounce and one night to love it. Turning over takes no effort. The wool layer is lovely in winter.”
Haven: Combination sleeper, king, Medium. Night 88.
Finally level
“My hips used to sink and my back used to ache. This one stays flat. It is heavy to move, so take them up on carrying it upstairs.”
Haven: Stomach sleeper, queen, Firm. Night 27.

Questions about Haven
Is Haven too bouncy?
It is springy rather than bouncy. You move on it easily and it pushes back gently. If you want to feel held, choose Dusk.
What about latex allergies?
Natural latex sleeps under the cover, wool and cotton, and the mattress is fully enclosed. If you have a known latex allergy, talk to your doctor before buying.
Why is it heavier?
Latex is dense. A queen weighs about 96 lb, so we deliver it in two boxes and carry it to the room on request.
