Bed base
Slat base
A solid wood-slat bed base that goes together in ten minutes.
A low platform base with closely spaced slats and no tools beyond the supplied key.
Right-spaced slats
2.5 inch gaps keep every Solenne mattress supported and ventilated.
Quick to build
Eight bolts, one key, no glue, and it comes apart if you move.
You do not need a base to sleep on a Solenne, but a good one helps. Air circulates under the mattress, the bed sits at a comfortable height, and you can finally get rid of the dusty box spring.
Ours is birch, bolted together and finished with a clear oil. It goes together in ten minutes with the key in the box.
