Bank holidays may change hours; the key drop box is open whenever the branch is not.

Collect your bags and follow the orange floor line from the arrivals hall past the taxi rank. The desk is 3 minutes on foot.
Show your driving licence, the card used for the booking and your booking reference. A flight number lets us track delays.
Cars are in the covered bays P1 next to the terminal. Your bay number is on the key tag.
Returns: follow the signs marked Rental Return to bay row R, leave the key in the drop box if the desk is closed.
