Villa Rental and Car Rental Website Templates
Renting something out means pricing time: nights for a house, days for a car, with seasons, minimum stays, weekends, fees and deposits that the visitor wants to see added up before asking. Both rental templates do that maths in the page, from rules kept in plain data files, and show every line of the total.
Casalta is for a small collection of holiday villas: search by dates, guests, bedrooms and features with a list or a schematic map, then a two-month availability calendar with seasonal rates and minimum stays, a price breakdown with cleaning, tourist tax and deposit, and a booking request. Milepost is for an independent car rental company: a four-step booking flow from branch and dates to a car chosen with filters, protection and extras with a live price summary, then driver details and a confirmation, around a fleet of nine classes and four branches.

Questions
Do the rental templates take real bookings?
No. Prices and availability are computed in the browser from the data files, and the final step posts a request (Casalta) or a JSON booking (Milepost) to the endpoint you configure; without one, both run in demo mode. Always recheck prices and availability on your server.
Can Casalta work with a property management system?
Yes, as the public side. Staybook, the hotel PMS dashboard, is its back-office sibling, and the README explains how to post requests as pending stays and fill the blocked dates from your calendar at build time.
