Marit has spent fifteen years carrying a pager for systems that other people depend on. She writes and speaks about legibility, small interfaces and teams that sleep.
Amara Nwosu

Open-source maintainer, Independent

Amara has maintained a widely used parsing library for ten years and now works full time on the economics of keeping projects alive. She is a founding member of a maintainers cooperative.
Yuki Tanabe-Reyes

Frontend Engineer, Orbitrail

Yuki ships design systems as web components to teams that use every framework at once. She commutes by train and tests offline behaviour on it.
