Privacy

This is a template. It describes the demo site as built, and is not legal advice. Review it with a professional once you connect forms, analytics or a ticketing platform.

What this demo site does

• It sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
• It stores your theme choice and your starred sessions in your browser's local storage. These never leave your device.
• The call-for-papers form validates in your browser and, as shipped, sends nothing.

When you connect services

Ticket purchases happen on your ticketing platform, under its privacy policy. If you connect the call-for-papers form to a form service or a webhook, the details submitted (name, email, proposal) are processed by that service. List each processor, the purpose, the legal basis and the retention period here.
