Getting started
I have never trained before. Where do I begin?
Book the free trial class or the Intro week. Start with Foundation Strength or Reset, tell the coach it is your first time, and they will look after the rest. Every exercise has an easier and a harder version.
What should I bring to my first class?
Water, comfortable clothes and flat shoes. We provide towels, lockers, mats, bikes and every piece of equipment. Cycling shoes are available to borrow for Night Ride.
Is there an assessment before I start?
Intro week and the Coached plan include a 30-minute movement assessment with a coach. It is not a test: it tells us where you start so we can suggest the right classes.
Classes & booking
How do I book a class?
From the timetable page, choose a class and press Book. Members can book up to 7, 10 or 14 days ahead depending on their plan. You will get a confirmation by email.
What if a class is full?
Join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you are moved in automatically and notified by email or text. Waitlists clear about 70% of the time before the class starts.
How late can I cancel?
Up to 4 hours before the class for free. After that, or if you do not show up, the class is deducted from your plan or pack. Early classes (before 8 am) can be cancelled until 9 pm the night before.
Membership
Is there a joining fee or a contract?
No joining fee. Rolling monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. The 12-month option is cheaper per month and can be paused for up to 8 weeks a year.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Move members can freeze for 4 weeks a year, and Rally and Coached members for 8. Medical and travel freezes beyond that are discussed case by case.
Do class packs expire?
Yes, each pack has a validity period: 6 weeks for 5 classes, 12 weeks for 10 and 6 months for 20. Unused classes cannot be refunded after expiry.
Studio
Are there showers and lockers?
Yes: hot showers, lockers with a free token, towels, hair dryers and basic toiletries. The smoothie bar is open from 6 am on weekdays.
Is the studio accessible?
The ground floor, changing rooms and one shower are step-free. Tell us about your needs and we will adapt classes where we can. Assistance dogs are welcome.
Can I bring a friend?
Rally and Coached members can bring a friend twice a month at no cost. Friends must book through the timetable like everyone else.
