Four or five nights a week, 6 pm to close (2 am weeknights, 4 am Fri and Sat)

You keep two spits turning, shave to order, run the flat-top and keep up with a Friday 1 am rush without losing your cool. We teach the marinades and the stacking. You bring speed, clean habits and a sense of humour.

Three or four evenings a week, 4 pm to 11 pm or 6 pm to close

Brine, dredge, fry, rest, toss. Our tenders take a two-step dredge and exact timings, and you will own them. Ideal if you study during the day or want steady evening hours.
