Ordering
Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Build your order on the site, choose pickup and a time, and walk straight to the pickup shelf. The ticket number on your screen matches the one on your bag.
Where do you deliver?
Our own couriers cover about two miles around each spot that offers delivery. Further out, use one of the delivery apps listed on the home page; prices there can be a little higher.
How do I pay?
Card or phone at the counter, card online. We still take cash in store.
Food
Is the meat halal?
All our chicken, lamb and beef comes from a halal-certified supplier, and the certificate is displayed at the counter. Ask the team to see it any time.
What can vegetarians and vegans eat?
Falafel and halloumi wraps, halloumi fries, masala fries, and any build-your-own with falafel or halloumi. Look for the leaf mark on the menu. Vegan sauces are marked on the sauce wall.
Do you handle allergies?
Every menu item lists its main allergens, but we cook in one small kitchen with shared fryers. If you have a severe allergy, call the spot before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is safe.
How hot is a level 5 sauce?
Ghost Drip is genuinely hot: ghost pepper and scotch bonnet. We serve it on the side unless you ask twice. Level 3 is where most regulars live.
Late night
Is the full menu available late?
Yes, until closing. After midnight we add the After Midnight Box, and the grill keeps going until the last order, 15 minutes before close.
Do you deliver after midnight?
Our own couriers deliver until 1:30 am on weeknights and 3:30 am on Friday and Saturday from Wicker Park. Other spots switch to pickup only after 1 am.
Deals
How does Student Tuesday work?
Show a valid student card at the counter on Tuesdays and any regular dürüm or tenders box with a can is $8. Pickup and in-store only, one per card.
How does the stamp card work?
One stamp per order over $10. Eight stamps and your next dürüm or tenders box is on us. Stamps never expire.
