-
Arrive five minutes early
The door is step-free and there is parking just behind the practice. Come in, sit down, and we will come to you.
-
We talk about you
Your history, your worries and what you would like. We write it down so you never need to repeat it.
-
A gentle examination
Teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, with X-rays only if they help. We explain what we see as we go.
-
Your written plan
In order of priority, with prices. Nothing starts until you say so.
Access
Step-free entrance, ground-floor treatment rooms and an accessible toilet. Tell us if you need anything else.
Getting here
Free parking for patients behind the practice, with two accessible bays.
If you are nervous
Tell us when you book, or on arrival. We slow down and go at your pace.
