Emergency care
In pain? Call us now
We keep appointments open every day for dental emergencies. Fictional demo practice: numbers below are placeholders.
Trouble breathing or swallowing, heavy bleeding, or a serious head or face injury? Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
What to do
Common emergencies
Severe or throbbing toothache
Call us now. We keep same-day slots free every morning.
A knocked-out tooth
Hold it by the crown, rinse gently, keep it moist (in milk or back in the socket) and call at once. Minutes matter.
A broken or chipped tooth
Keep any pieces, rinse your mouth and call. We can often smooth or repair it the same day.
A lost filling or crown
Keep the crown if you can. Do not use glue. Call and we will fit you in.
Swelling in the gum or face
Call us straight away. If it spreads, or you have trouble swallowing or breathing, go to your nearest emergency department.
