Questions we are often asked

If yours is not here, ask us. A person answers every message.

Booking

How do I book an appointment?

Use the online booking page, call us on +1 555-0148 or drop in. In the demo, the booking page is a front-end preview and does not send anything.

Can I choose who I see?

Yes. You can pick a dentist or hygienist, or choose first available and we will match you with whoever is free soonest.

What if I need to cancel?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before so someone else can use the slot. Call or reply to your confirmation message.

Do you see children?

Yes, from their first tooth. Dr. Lena Haas looks after our youngest patients.

Your visit

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, a list of any medicines you take, and any recent dental X-rays or letters if you have them. See the new patients page for the full list.

How long is a first appointment?

About 45 minutes, to give us time to talk, examine and explain. We will tell you if a different length is needed.

Is the practice accessible?

Our entrance and ground-floor treatment rooms are step-free, and we have an accessible toilet. Tell us if you need anything else.

Do you take X-rays at every visit?

No. We only take them when they will help us make a decision, and we always explain why.

Costs

Will I know the price before treatment?

Yes. You get a written plan with prices before any treatment starts, and we do not change it without talking to you first.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for larger treatment, including interest-free instalments over six months and longer-term finance. See the pricing page.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Placeholder: describe which insurers or schemes you work with. We will give you the paperwork needed to claim.

What is included in a quote?

Examination, imaging and the treatment itself, plus any scheduled reviews. Anything optional is listed separately.

Nervous patients

I am very anxious about dentists. Can you help?

Absolutely. We can slow down, explain everything first, agree a stop signal and take breaks. Many of our patients started out exactly like you.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. A friend or relative is welcome in the room, if you would like them there.

Do you offer sedation?

Some treatments can be carried out with sedation. Ask us at your first visit and we will explain the options and who they are suitable for.
