Rohan leads the disputes team. He joined from a larger firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2016, bringing a habit of giving every client a written assessment of the case in the first week.
Most of his matters end in a negotiated settlement or a mediation. He prepares each one as though it will be heard in court, because that is what makes settlement credible, and he believes a client should always know the cost of the next step before taking it.
He mediates privately for matters in which the firm is not instructed.
