Careers

Join a firm that stays small on purpose.

We hire slowly and look for people who write carefully, listen well and want to see a matter through. Three roles are open now.

  • Real work early

You draft from your first month and join client meetings from your second. Supervision is close, and it is a partner, not a rota.

  • Time to learn

Forty hours of paid study time a year, a development plan reviewed twice a year, and a partner who is accountable for your progress.

  • A calm office

Matters are staffed so that evenings are the exception. We do not reward presenteeism, and we say so in our appraisals.
