Our team
Four people who know these streets
Keystone is deliberately small. You will meet the same agent at the valuation, at the viewing and on completion day.
-
Imogen Hale
Founder and director · since 2009
Imogen opened Keystone in 2009 after ten years with a national chain, with one rule: tell the seller the real number on the first visit. She still does most of the Hillfield valuations herself and has sold more than a few houses to the people who bought their first flat from her.
Knows best: Westbrook, Hillfield. Family homes in Westbrook and Hillfield.
-
Callum Reid
Head of sales · since 2014
Callum grew up above a shop in the Old Town and knows which staircase creaks in which terrace. He runs the sales desk, negotiates most offers, and keeps a spreadsheet of every chain he has ever untangled.
Knows best: Old Town, Westbrook. Period houses and townhouses.
-
Priya Nair
Lettings manager · since 2016
Priya built the lettings side from six properties to a few hundred. Her tenants renew, her landlords sleep, and she is the person to call when a boiler fails at 7 pm on a Friday.
Knows best: The Quay, Foundry Row, Northgate. Quayside and city-centre lettings.
-
Joss Whitaker
Valuer and neighbourhood specialist · since 2018
A former surveyor, Joss reads a floor plan the way other people read a menu. He writes most of our neighbourhood guides and walks every street in them at least once a year.
Knows best: Foundry Row, The Quay. Lofts, conversions and new-build apartments.
How we work
We tell you the real number
Valuations come with the sold prices behind them. If we think another agent will promise more, we will say so.
One agent, start to finish
The person who values your home is the person who negotiates the sale and calls you on completion day.
We answer the phone
Six rings and it goes to a person, not a menu. Messages left before 4 pm are returned the same day.
