Imogen built the employment practice after joining in 2004 and became a partner in 2010. She acts for employers, and for senior individuals in separate matters, and holds firmly to never acting for both sides of one dispute.
Her approach is practical: what are the next five steps, in what order, and which of them is irreversible. Managers consult her handbooks because they are short enough to use.
She trains line managers at client companies on difficult conversations, and she is a regular speaker at local employers’ groups.
