About Tenantry
A property management dashboard for small landlords and letting managers: a portfolio of 60 units across seven apartment buildings and terraced rows drawn as SVG building elevations whose windows open each unit, tenants with payment history, a lease timeline with renewal offers and a four-step new lease wizard, a monthly rent ledger with part payments, late fees and reminders, a maintenance Kanban, room-by-room inspections, a certificate expiry matrix and reports. React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS 4, 4 palettes.
Best for property management and proptech SaaS, letting agents, small landlords and the agencies that build their tools.

Tenantry FAQ
How are the buildings drawn?
With a custom SVG component (BuildingStack), not a chart library or images. A property is a block of stacked floors or a row of terraced houses, defined by its units per floor; add a property in src/data/portfolio.ts and its elevation is drawn from that layout.
Is unit status readable without colour?
Yes. Every window carries a mark as well as a fill: curtains for occupied, dashed bare glass for vacant, hatching for notice and a cross for maintenance, plus a text label, and windows are keyboard operable.
How are late fees calculated?
From the rent rules (a grace period in days and a fixed late fee, editable in Settings) and the frozen date; rent status, late fees and arrears are derived in src/data/ledger.ts, and fees can be waived per entry.
How do I connect my own data?
Every page reads from usePortfolio() in src/context/PortfolioContext.tsx, which is seeded from src/data and exposes actions such as recordPayment, moveTicket, createLease and giveNotice. Replace the seeds with fetched data and make each action call your API; replace the frozen NOW (14 October 2026) with new Date().
Which currency does Tenantry use?
US dollars, formatted with Intl.NumberFormat in one formatters file, so switching currency or locale is a small edit.
Does it go with a real-estate website?
Tenantry pairs with Keystone, the real-estate agency website template: same domain, independent code, so you can sell or build the public site and the back office together.
